A New Garden Room & Boot Room

Currently in for planning - a visualisation of the proposed design.

The design replaces an existing conservatory with a new garden room and boot room. The garden room provides a space for the clients to sit and enjoy the garden and connects the cottage to the outside.

The palette of material and detailing complements the existing cottage, including exposed brickwork and open eaves.

A simple, considered extension within the Cheriton Conservation Area and South Downs National Park.
